The Swiss fruit growers’ organisation SOV (Schweizer Obstverband) and the organisation of Swiss fruit and vegetable traders Swisscofel apply target prices for direct sales of fruit and processed products to end users (consumers). The target prices are adapted every couple of years. At the end of April, the initiators published the latest update in the target price bulletin.
